Nick Kozlov, Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
I am pleased to announce that Michelle Castaline, Associate Vice President for Financial Services, will also serve as Deputy Chief Financial Officer, effective July 1, 2026.
This title reflects Michelle’s current scope of responsibility overseeing the university’s core financial operations, as well as her leadership in strengthening the financial system that supports the University of Florida. In addition to her operational responsibilities, Michelle will oversee CFO office activities and provide support for strategic and administrative functions as delegated by the University of Florida CFO. Her work has been critical as UF continues to modernize its finance infrastructure, including contributions to the implementation of Workday and the broader financial ecosystem that supports our large and increasingly complex institution.

Her extensive experience in building teams and leading complex operational and finance transformations positions her well to support the University of Florida’s continued success.
Please join me in congratulating Michelle on this well-deserved recognition of her leadership and service to the University of Florida.
