University Personnel Services opens fourth personnel satellite office

I am pleased to announce that university employees will have even easier access to personnel services with the introduction of a new, centrally located personnel satellite office in the J. Wayne Reitz Union. This fourth personnel satellite office will help strengthen University Personnel Services’ commitment to providing a service-oriented approach to human resources at the University of Florida by providing personnel services and counseling to Education and General as well as Auxiliary faculty and staff. As of Monday, April 15, these employees may visit the new office located in room G1 of the Reitz Union or call 392-6615.

Employee Relations encourages and promotes a positive working relationship among university employees through the efforts of personnel satellite offices that are physically located in the areas they serve. The satellite offices offer convenience to the faculty and staff who are seeking assistance with personnel-related matters.

Staffed by qualified and experienced personnel professionals, these satellite offices provide policy interpretation and consultation regarding supervisory or employee concerns. Some of the available services include employee benefits counseling; training programs; and assistance with performance appraisals and other employee relations issues.
