Your department has been identified as an occupant of one or more of these buildings. Per the University “Fire Exit Drill Policy and Procedure” (see: www.admin.ufl.edu/ddd/dd95-96/dd79.htm), EH&S is notifying you so that you may inform building occupants of the test drill requirements and inform us of any dates or times that are critical where disruption of test and/or research is impractical. Any problems should be reported to my office no later than May 22, 1998. We will attempt to schedule the exit drill to minimize any disruptions. If building occupants are cooperative the drill should last approximately 15 minutes. Results of the drill may be obtained by contacting my office at the conclusion of the drill.

As a reminder, all building occupants are required to evacuate the building. Please contact me if you have any questions concerning these testing procedures. Thank you for your cooperation and assistance in making the University of Florida a fire safe community.
