Appointment of Assistant Controller

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Dottie Booher Haskew to the position of Assistant Controller for University Disbursements, Travel and Property Services. Dottie brings valuable experience to the Assistant Controller position. She has worked within the State University System since joining the University of Florida in 1987. Her most recent position was in UF IFAS where she was responsible for management of IFAS Contract and Grant accounting. Prior to that, she held the position of Assistant Controller at Florida Atlantic University, where she was responsible for Contracts and Grants, Payables and University Records from 1994 to 1996. She also served as Accounting Coordinator in University Disbursement Services from 1990 to 1994.

Her experience also includes accounting positions at the University of Florida Foundation and the Internal Revenue Service. Dottie received her Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Northern Kentucky University.
