As I’m sure you know by now, Printing and Graphics will be closing effective June 30, 1999. In the past they printed and delivered two Purchasing forms, PUR 300 Requisition to Purchase and PUR 322 Other Personal Services Agreement. Effective July 1, 1999 these forms will be distributed as necessary by the four Purchasing Offices. In the future, PUR 322 will be available on the Purchasing WEB page.
