Please be advised that the Minor Project/Construction Request procedure issued on June 30, 1997 has been revised. Attached for your use is a copy of the revised procedure that reflects the inclusion of the following changes in university rules and regulations.
- The name of the form has been changed from “Minor Project/Construction Permit” to “Minor Project/Construction Request” to avoid confusion between this procedure and the Building Code Permit and Inspection Program recently established by Environmental Health and Safety Division.
- The maximum for minor project construction has been changed from $500,000 to $1,000,000.
- Projects including classroom facilities require signature approval by Office of Instructional Resources.
