Revised Payroll Schedule/Pay Date

The Chief Financial Officer of the State has announced that the pay date of December 26, 2003 will be moved up to December 24, 2003, Christmas Eve. Our schedule for this payday has been revised as well. The early pay date means that our previously published certification and authorization deadline has been changed. Certifications will open on Friday, December 12, 2003 and must be authorized by 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 15, 2003.

The schedule for the January 9, 2004 payday has not changed and on-line certifications and authorizations are still due by 10:00 a.m. on December 31, 2003.
