Notice of Proposed Rule Development

Attached is a copy of the Notice of Proposed Rule Development for rules which are proposed for adoption or revision by the University. Please distribute and post this memorandum and the notice upon receipt. Note that a rule development workshop will be held at 10:30 a.m. on October 13, 2004 in Room 286 of the J. Wayne Reitz Union, if requested in writing by 5:00 p.m., on October 11, 2004. The rule(s) for which a rule development workshop is requested must be identified in the request.

NOTE:  Please remember that by law you are required to print the notices and post the hard copy of this memorandum in an appropriate place, such as the unit’s office or bulletin board, in order that affected persons can be notified.
