Please remember that student data is protected under the FERPA privacy act and can not be posted for general access. This means you can not:

Post student IDs, names, Social Security Numbers, or any portion thereof, nor can the list be in alphabetical order.

For details of FERPA requirements, please see: http://www.registrar.ufl.edu/ferpafaculty.html#4

In order to make grades available to students, you must use an authenticated, secure system. The WebCT courseware management system is available free to all faculty and is the preferred way to post test and homework grades. It requires each student to use their GatorLink authentication to see their information.

Posting on an un-authenticated website is against the law.

Training for use of WebCT is available through the Office of Academic Technology at http://citt.ufl.edu/training/ and go to “Listing of Courses”.
