New & Revised Sponsored Program Project Reports

After working with members of the contract & grant university community, Finance and Accounting, and UF Bridges, we are pleased to introduce a series of reports and an update to all report navigation that will be available today, March 20, 2006. The new & revised reports will streamline the reconciliation process and help fiscal managers verify financial activity for sponsored program and construction projects. The updated navigation will allow report users to organize their reports in one place to reduce the time it takes to access the monthly financial reports.
Similar to the department reports released in December, these new reports include:
*Monthly Financial Summary
*Transaction Detail
*Payroll Cost Distributions
*Projected Payroll Cost Distributions
*Open Encumbrance Summary
*KK to GL Summary Comparison
We are also pleased to announce the release of a new summary report for Principal Investigators and their staff, effective March 27, 2006. This report will provide the budget and actual activity summarized at a budget category level. This new Grant Project PI Summary report will also provide payroll projections for each employee working on the project.
