Distance Learning Fees/Dates and Deadlines

Applications to request Distance Learning (DL) Fees for the Spring 2027 term are now being accepted through MyUFL. Distance Learning Fee applications must be submitted each semester for all eligible courses. 

Applications do not carry forward from previous terms.

Please submit all departmental applications no later than Friday, August 21, 2026. Dean’s approval must be completed by Friday, August 28, 2026.

Please ensure that DL Fees are requested only for costs associated with supporting the online delivery of eligible courses.
