Expanded Hours and Services at the SHCC @ Shands Clinic

I am pleased to announce expanded hours and services at the Student Health Care Center at Shands satellite clinic. This Spring, the clinic will have expanded appointment times for students, as well as a Travel Clinic offering medical counseling and vaccinations for those planning international travel. Travel Clinic services are available to University students, faculty, and staff by appointment only.

The SHCC at Shands Clinic will also be offering limited Occupational Medicine Services for University of Florida faculty and staff. These services will include annual immunizations (such as PPDs) and Preplacement Health Assessments for prospective employees. The SHCC at Shands continues to be located in Room A1-132 on the first floor of the Health Science Center (hallway across from the Hyperbaric Chamber and Food Court). I hope you will advise faculty, staff, and students of this clinic’s new services.
