Nick Kozlov Interim CFO and Steve Orlando Interim VP for Strategic Communications and Marketing

I am pleased to announce that Nick Kozlov will serve as UF’s interim CFO effective February 3, 2025.  Nick is on assignment from Huron Consulting Group, where he is a senior director for education and research.  

Kozlov succeeds Taylor Jantz, who has been appointed senior vice president for finance and budget and CFO for New York University.

I am also pleased to announce that Steve Orlando, associate vice president, communications, has been selected to serve as interim vice president for strategic communications and marketing effective February 8, 2025.  Having served in this role 2022-2023, we are fortunate to have him again leading this important area for UF.

Orlando succeeds James Wegmann, who has been appointed vice president for Stand Together, a philanthropic nonprofit in Arlington, VA.
