Return of LPO forms

Limited Purchase Orders can no longer be issued except on local funds, effective January 3, 2000. If you are not authorized on a local fund account (EO begins with a “7”), please return any forms remaining to the Purchasing Office from which you obtained them, no later than Monday, January 31. We must account for the numbers that have been issued. We will be contacting the departments that have forms outstanding as of that day, to confirm they have a local fund account.
