Employment Payments for Nonresident Alien Students

This is a reminder to departments and colleges that when appointing Nonresident Alien students for employment, there is an additional step that must be completed. The department must complete a Foreign National Information Form and forward it to Steve Sauls, University Tax Services, P.O. Box 113200, for further processing. The referenced form may be downloaded from the Finance and Accounting website or University Tax Services forms page as described in DDD Memorandum No. 98-08 dated 02/16/1998.

The documents returned to the departments from University Tax Services should be forwarded along with all other appointment and payroll materials to the Student Employment Office, P.O. Box 114025.
