Listed below are the guidelines for parking restriction enforcement for August 14 through September 1, 2000:

| Commuter | Lifted |
| Park and Ride | Lifted |
| Scooter Zones | Lifted |
| All Decal | Lifted |
| Orange | Restrictions remain in effect |
| Blue | Restrictions remain in effect |
| Brown (Family Housing) | Restrictions remain in effect |
| Gated | Restrictions remain in effect |
| Meter Enforcement | Restrictions remain in effect |
* All reserved spaces, service drives, handicapped and no parking zones will be enforced at all times.
* All decal restrictions remain in effect at all other times throughout the month.
