Reminder – Reception for Willard Harrison

David R. Colburn, Interim Provost

On August 2nd, the University will host a reception for Willard W. Harrison in recognition of his many achievements as Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences for twelve years. Will has decided to step down as dean at the beginning of the fall semester and return to the Department of Chemistry to teach and pursue his research program. The occasion will be relatively simple, at Will’s urging, but it will give each of us an opportunity to say thanks for his extraordinary contributions to the College and the University and to wish him well as he returns to the faculty. The reception will commence at 2:00 p.m. in the Keene Faculty Center. I hope that you will join us for this occasion.
