Please distribute and post this memorandum and the notices upon receipt. Note that the Rule Development Workshop will be held at 10:00 a.m. on February 19, 2001, in Room 285 of the J. Wayne Reitz Union, if requested in writing by 5:00 p.m., on February 16th.
