Country Specialist Database

The International Center has added a new feature to its web site — the Country Specialist Database. This Database should be extremely useful to UF faculty and staff who wish to engage in multidisciplinary, international efforts. It will also help colleges, centers and departments as they seek to promote a global perspective at UF.

The Database provides UF faculty and staff the opportunity to add their name to a list of those who have expertise in a particular country. Anyone who has an interest in one of the 187 countries listed can consult the Database to find out who at UF has placed their name on the list for that country.

By providing this information the Database will enable those interested in a particular country to establish contact with each other, thereby encouraging cross-campus collaboration.
