State of Florida AVIS Rental Contract Revised Excess Mileage Charge

Effective January 1, 2002, University rentals of Avis vehicles on the State of Florida “FS” rate code will be charged an excess mileage charge when the mileage exceeds an average of 200 miles per day instead of 150 miles per day. Changes are in paragraph 16 of the Avis contract located on the web at http://fcn.state.fl.us/st_contracts/518020991, under “Complete Contract”.
