Appointment of New Associate Controller

Please join me in welcoming Mr. Michael McKee on his acceptance of the Associate Controller position in Finance and Accounting Division. His first day in his new job will be September 23, 2002. He will be responsible for the offices of University Payrolls, Accounting Services, isbursements Services, Travel, Tax Services, and University Property Services.

Mr. McKee’s experience includes: nineteen years on the staff of the State Auditor General, Assistant Controller for University Financial Services at the University of Florida, and Director for Administrative Services Department for the St. Johns River Water Management District.

He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Business Administration and an active member in the American and Florida Institutes for Certified Public Accountants, as well as, Association of Government Finance Officers.
