Entrepreneur of the Year Awards

Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation

The Warrington College of Business’ Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation is soliciting nominations for its annual Alumni Entrepreneur of the Year awards. Three awards are given:

Distinguished Alumnus Entrepreneur of the Year – To recognize the lifetime career accomplishments of a UF alumnus who has brought distinction to himself and to UF through a successful entrepreneurial venture.

Clark Butler Entrepreneur of the Year – To be presented to the outstanding UF alumnus under the age of 45 who has created a successful entrepreneurial venture and has brought recognition to the University of Florida.

Gainesville Entrepreneur of the Year – To recognize the individual who during the previous year has done the most to support entrepreneurship in Gainesville and among the University of Florida students and faculty.

Nominations must be submitted by February 14, 2003. Winners will be announced at a luncheon held on March 21. A nomination packet is available online at www.ufventure.com or by calling (352) 392-2610.
