Attached are copies of the Notices of Proposed Rule Development for rules which are proposed for adoption or revision by the University. Please distribute and post this memorandum and the notices upon receipt. Note that a rule development workshop will be held at 10:00 a.m. on March 2, 2004 in Room 284 of the J. Wayne Reitz Union, if requested in writing by 5:00 p.m., on March 1, 2004. The rule(s) for which a rule development workshop is requested must be identified in the request.

NOTE: Please remember that by law you are required to print the notices and post the hard copy of this memorandum in an appropriate place, such as the unit’s office or bulletin board, in order that affected persons can be notified.
