Effective July 1, 2004, all University of Florida stationery and electronic document templates (such as pdf and Word documents should include the EEO statement “An Equal Opportunity Institution.” This replaces the former “Equal Employment/Affirmative Action” statement. You may continue to use stationery with the EEO/AA statement until June 30, 2004. The updated policy is available at www.pr.ufl.edu/graphplcy.htm .

Please make every effort to recycle any remaining stationery. All state contracted printers are aware of the change and will print new stationery accordingly.
