Retirement of Dr. Jacquelyn D. Hart

I wanted to let you know that Dr. Jacquelyn D. Hart has formally Retired as Vice Provost for Affirmative Action Programs at UF after 17 years. Dr. Hart oversaw Sexual Harassment Education on campus. Over 90 percent of employees have attended a mini-conference on sexual harassment, and UF has seen many improvements in this area as a result. She also initiated the Workshop on Diversity which has greatly improved communications in this area.

Dr. Hart has been named Emeritus Vice Provost. She has done a great job for the UF and will be missed in this office and the University.
