Please distribute and post this memorandum and the notices upon receipt. Note that the Rule Hearing on a rule listed in the Notices will be held at 10:30 a.m. on November 22, 2004, in Rooms 278-279 of the J. Wayne Reitz Union, if requested in writing by 5:00 p.m., on November 19, 2004. The rule(s) for which the hearing is requested must be identified in the request.

NOTE: Please remember that by law you are required to print the notices and post the hard copy of this memorandum in an appropriate place, such as the unit’s office or bulletin board, in order that affected persons can be notified.
