Password Maintenance and the UF Acceptable Use Policy

The University of Florida places significant trust and responsibility in all who have access to university information and systems. On Tuesday, November 8, 2005, the University will implement an improvement to the password maintenance procedures for all users of the systems including students, faculty and staff to ensure good business policies are acknowledged. At each password reset, you will be asked to review and accept the terms of the University Acceptable Use Policy. Please see http://www.it.ufl.edu/policies/aupolicy.html and review the policies. The Acceptable Use Policy provides a foundation for our shared use of university data and systems.
