International Education Week

The third week of November has been designated International Education Week (IEW) to provide an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. The dates for IEW 2007 are November 12 – 16. The dates for IEW 2008 are November 17-21.

This joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education promotes programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study in the United States.

All individuals and institutions interested in international education and exchange activities are encouraged to participate. A list of activities at UF marking IEW can be found via the link at:
