Appointment of Interim Associate Provost for Undergraduate Affairs

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Professor W. “Andy” McCollough as Interim Associate Provost for Undergraduate Affairs, effective January 19, 2009. Dr. McCollough will continue to serve as Senior Associate Dean of the Warrington College of Business Administration during his service as Associate Provost, which is anticipated to last through the spring 2009 semester. Dr. McCollough will assume the duties and responsibilities of Associate Provost Daniel Wubah, who will depart UF at the end of February.

Dr. McCollough’s experience with undergraduate matters extends over more than three decades. Among his other duties, he currently serves as Chair of the General Education Committee.
