Fall 2011 Outstanding Leadership Award for Male and Female Graduating Seniors

I am pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for the Fall 2011 Outstanding Leadership Award for Male and Female Graduating Seniors. This prestigious award recognizes exemplary leadership and service to the University and its community. The students selected for these awards will be acknowledged during the commencement ceremonies on December 17, 2011. Please encourage qualified students to apply for this important honor.

*       Applications may be downloaded from the Dean of Students website at www.dso.ufl.edu/scholarships/ola.php or from the Center for Student Involvement website at www.union.ufl.edu/involvement/applications/ or picked up from the following locations:
Dean of Student Office, Information Desk, 202 Peabody Hall Center for Student Involvement, 300 J. Wayne Reitz Union

*       Please note that the application must be completed and submitted by the student.  In addition, letters of recommendation by faculty and staff are encouraged.

*       Deadline for all applications:  Monday, October 10, 2011 by 5:00 p.m.
