Please forward this information to your College Hiring/Finance Offices and Department Chairs.

It’s time to begin planning for our New Faculty Orientation to be held on August 15 and 16, 2012. This program will inform new faculty of the many services and resources available to them on campus. Your college/departmental responses are imperative to the success of our program and are much appreciated.

Please complete the New Appointee Information Form on your new faculty appointees and submit it electronically to Ellen Sattler at esattler@aa.ufl.edu by Monday, July 23, 2012. The form can be found at: http://www.aa.ufl.edu/nfo. Ellen will send registration information to the new faculty members directly.

If you have additional hires confirmed after July 23, please contact Ellen ASAP. For the purpose of the fall 2012 New Faculty Orientation, new appointees are those individuals new to the university this year and/or appointed after the last New Faculty Orientation that was held August 18, 2011.
