Changes in the Office of the Provost

Due to the upcoming retirement of Dr. Kathleen Long, Associate Provost for Faculty Development, there will be assignment changes within the Office of the Provost.  Transition is underway now, and all transitions will be effective July 1, 2013.

Below are the programs and processes that have been handled by Dr. Long with Ellen Sattler’s support.  Most of these will now be handled by Associate Provost Angel Kwolek-Folland, with the assistance of Ileana McCray, as noted below.  Ellen will be reassigned to assist with the SACS Report.

  • FEOs (past Faculty Enhancement Opportunity awards and Final Reports)
  • HERS Awards (Fall)
  • IAL Workshops (Howey-in-the-Hills Leadership Workshop; Fall and Spring)
  • Nepotism Agreements
  • SEC Visiting Travel Grants (Summer-Fall)
  • Sabbaticals
  • Waivers Workshop
