NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULEMAKING

NAME OF AGENCY: University of Florida

RULE TITLE:
University of Florida; Community Campaign

RULE NO.: 6C1-1.015

PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The proposed amendment deletes the current requirement that an organization to be included in the University of Florida Community Campaign must have an office in Alachua County.

SUMMARY: The proposed amendment deletes the requirement that an eligible organization have a staffed office in Alachua County. All other requirements for inclusion in the campaign remain in effect.

SUMMARY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COST: No statement of estimated regulatory costs has been prepared. Any person who wishes to provide information regarding the statement of estimated regulatory costs, or to provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative must do so in writing within 21 days of this notice.
