Annual Inventory of Telephone Equipment and Lines

This memo is to remind you of this year’s Annual Telephone Equipment and Lines inventory and the deadline that was established in an earlier memo dated October 1, 1997. As you may recall, we added the telephone line review in addition to the telephone equipment review. We asked that the completed inventory be sent to Telecommunications by December 1, 1997. Telecommunications has observed that a significant number of inventories have not been returned. As another reminder, Telecommnications has offered to perform the necessary inventory on your behalf at $63.00 per hour. Please be advised again, that if we have not heard from your department by January 1, 1998, Telecommunications will be required to perform the inventories for you and bill you for the services in order to comply with and complete this audit.
