Appointment of Kimberly Czaplewski as Assistant Director for Employee Relations

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Kimberly Czaplewski to the position of Assistant Director for University Personnel Services. In this position, Kim will be responsible for the administration of the employee relations function, staff training and development, matters related to the performance evaluation program for USPS and A&P employees, and oversight of the four University Personnel Services satellite offices located in the Physical Plant Division, Health Center, IFAS, and the J. Wayne Reitz Union.

Kim began her career at the University of Florida in February 1995 when she first joined University Personnel Services in the IFAS Satellite Office. Prior to her appointment at UF in University Personnel Services, Kim occupied various managerial positions in the private sector. Kim is no stranger to a number of administrators on campus because she also has served as the Assistant Director of both the Physical Plant Division and J. Hillis Miller Health Center University Personnel Services offices.
