Postdoctoral Associates fulfill an important role at the University of Florida, and come to the University in order to enhance their research skills and build their careers. In order to implement best practices in the oversight of postdoctoral appointments, the Office of Academic Affairs and the Office of Research have instituted a set of best practices as policy for postgraduate programs.
