Fall 2016 Residence Hall Move-in begins August 16

Fall 2016 Residence Hall Move-in begins August 16 and continues through Sunday August 21 campus-wide.

The UF community will be welcoming 8,100 campus residents and their families.

For UF faculty and staff working the break between Summer B/C and Fall, please plan for impacts on all campus roads and near all student parking lots as well as in these staff parking lots as residents park on a short term basis to unload their vehicles and move into residence halls:

• Orange Lots near the Housing Office
• Inner Road Gated and Car Pool
• Garage IV (Newell Drive)
• Mallory Orange Lot
• Orange and Gated around Murphree Area
• Orange Lot Southeast of East/Weaver Halls
• Commuter Lot and Garage V
• HR Overflow lot near Infinity Hall

Note:  The Beaty and Jennings Red Lots and the Orange Lots near the Housing Office and Cypress Hall are CLOSED from 5 p.m. Monday August 15  through 6 p.m. Tuesday August 16.  Only residents moving into Beaty, Jennings, and Yulee Area will be allowed in these lots for short-term unload parking.
