Appointment of Physical Plant Director

It is my pleasure to announce the appointment of Mr. David O’Brien as Director of Physical Plant Division.

Mr. O’Brien comes to the University of Florida with over 20 years of success in physical plant management in the United States Air Force. Mr. O’Brien’s latest assignment, which he held between 1992 and 1995, was the Director of Physical Plant at Eglin Air Force Base. Mr. O’Brien holds both a bachelor and a master degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University.
