Training Schedule for Equipment Maintenance Insurance Program

Beginning July 1, 1999, the UF equipment maintenance insurance program will change to Specialty Underwriters LLC, an affiliate of CNA Insurance. Many departments still have the potential for increasing their savings on the plan. Training Sessions on the new program are being coordinated by Operations Analysis. Fiscal personnel from each department are encouraged to attend one of the following sessions:

Equipment covered on the existing program will be automatically transferred to the new program unless you submit written notification of deletions to Specialty Underwriters. Cost of coverage for deletions not submitted by September 30 will be prorated. Equipment may be added to the program by completing an Add, Delete and Change Procedure Card form. The form is located on the UF Purchasing web site at http:// www.admin.ufl.edu/division/pu/. A smooth transition to the new plan is expected.
