Fred Batie, Sr. University Postal Manager

Due to a new system that will better serve you, the account number coding on your mail processing slips will change on July 1, 1999. It is important that you contact a University Postal Manager as soon as possible to receive a copy of your department’s new mail processing slip. Please be sure to discard all of your old mail processing slips and replace them with your new one. Be sure to keep this original and use only the ORIGINAL when you make copies. You can also order copies of your department’s mail processing slips from UF Mail and Document Services at 392.0629. To contact UF Mail Services’ Main Branch call 392-0629, or contact the Health Science Center Branch at 392-3605.

Reminder: Also effective July 1, UF Mail Services’ Main Branch, which is currently located behind Bryant Hall, will be relocating to Building 715 on Radio Road (formerly occupied by Printing & Graphic Services). UF Mail Services and Printing & Graphic Services are merging into one new department called UF Mail and Document Services. Customers will have the benefits of one-stop shopping starting with document creation and ending with mail preparation. For more information, look at What’s New on the UF Business Services’ web page, www.bsd.ufl.edu.
