Reorganization

The University of Florida Foundation has created three new senior positions as a result of a recent reorganization. I am pleased to announce that two of these positions have been filled internally.

Effective August 4, 2000 L. Carter Boydstun will assume the responsibilities of Senior Associate Vice President for Development and Barbara J. Miles will become Assistant Vice President for Development.

Both Boydstun and Miles will have a portfolio of major gift prospects in addition to their supervisory responsibilities. In addition, Miles will be responsible for increasing UF’s presence in international fund raising, primarily in Asia and Latin America.
