Project Access, a federal grant awarded to Baby Gator Preschool, has child care subsidies available for five children (Kindergarten through 5th). These funds will subsidize the cost of after-school care, at any local elementary school, up to the rate of $115.00 per month for 10 months. In order to be eligible for the subsidy you must be a Pell grant recipient at the University of Florida.

In addition, Baby Gator Preschool offers extended-day child care for children of UF students who are attending early morning or evening classes, have conflicting exams, or are in need of extra study time. Care is offered to children three through eight years old, and is available from 6:30 to 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. The program is free of charge for Pell Grant recipients and available at a monthly fee of $50.00 for all other students.

Contact Dr. Ruth Elswood or Tracy Bradford at the Baby Gator office for details at 352-392-2330.
