Office Listings in the UF Campus (Paper) Telephone Directory 2001-2002
Gail Baker, Vice President
Cindy McMillen, UF Directory Coordinator
Suzanne Ramsey, UF Directory Coordinator
We are gathering information now for the 2001-2002 (Paper) Campus Directory. We ask that you assist us by carefully reviewing your department or college listings in the 2000-2001 Directory.
In the gray-bordered section (pages l through 65), please check all possible listings for your office or department and make corrections, additions, or deletions. It is very important that you check all possible cross listings. For example, the Center for Real Estate Research might be found under “CENTER,” “BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, COLLEGE OF,” and “REAL ESTATE.” Please add cross listing if necessary to help locate your office.
Please send Departmental/Office updates to: Campus Directory Changes, 141 Stadium, PO Box 115100, or fax (352) 392-9666, no later than June 29, 2001. Include a copy of all the page(s) your current listing(s) appears on from the 2000-2001 Directory; mark the copy or copies to correspond with the corrected, typed version of your revised listings. Please include both mailing address (PO Box) and physical address (office number and building). The University’s Campus Mail Services deliver to PO Boxes, but hand-carried material requires a physical address; thus, we seek both listings.
To update individual listings and retired faculty, please contact your department phone book coordinator.*
Please include the name and phone number of the contact person in your area who handles the Department’s Office Directory listings. If we do not hear from you by June 29, 2001, we will assume last year’s listings are still correct.
For departments that have TDD (Telecommunication Devices for the Deaf) access, please submit the number of the TDD line to: ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Office, 31 Tigert Hall, 392 7056 (V/TDD).
* If you are not sure who the phone coordinator in your area is, please call 392-HELP or email firstname.lastname@example.org, provide your name, college, department and they can look it up for you.
If you are the phone coordinator in your area and need instructions, go to the Phone Coordinator’s web page at http://nersp.nerdc.ufl.edu/~phbook/admin/. For further assistance on the web page contact the UF Computing Help Desk: (352) 392-HELP and ask for Electronic Phonebook Maintenance or email email@example.com.
Thank you for your time and effort.
