Appointment of Assistant Controller

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Randy Staples to the position of Assistant Controller for University Disbursements, Travel and Property Services. Randy brings valuable experience to the Assistant Controller position. He has worked for the University of Florida since 1993. His most recent position was with the UF Bridges Team where he was responsible for the implementation of the Asset Management and Project modules. Prior to that, he held the position of Accounting Coordinator at University Property Services.

His experience also includes accounting and management positions for several private enterprise operations in Florida and South Carolina. Randy received his Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of Florida Fisher School of Accounting.
