In pursuit of the University of Florida’s vision to process and report key UF business activities within the same accounting system, Business Affairs initiated a project to integrate selected UF Direct Support Organizations (DSO) into the myUFL systems.

The project began in August 2006.

The integration of the DSOs into myUFL will occur this weekend (June 16 and 17, 2007). This means that all on-line financial (FI) applications in myUFL will be unavailable during this time. This includes purchasing, travel, general ledger, grants, etc.

All other myUFL applications will be available.

The following DSOs will be live in myUFL on Monday, June 18, 2007.
-Florida 4H Foundation, Inc.
-Florida Foundation Seed Producers, Inc.
-University of Florida Foundation, Inc.
-University of Florida Investment Corporation, Inc.
-University of Florida Leadership and Education Foundation, Inc.
-University of Florida Research Foundation, Inc.

Unless you are directly responsible for transacting business within one of the DSOs listed above, your business processes and procedures within myUFL will not change.

More information on the integration of these DSOs will be provided at a later date.
