Ceremonies: The Advanced Degrees Ceremony (all colleges; Ph.D., Ed.D., Au.D., D.P.M., Masters and Specialists) will be held on Saturday, May 1, 2010 at 9:00am in the Stephen C. O’Connell Center. Please see the Commencement Website at http://www.registrar.ufl.edu/commencement/ for additional information.

Ordering Regalia: The deadline for ordering academic regalia is Friday, March 5, 2010. Information on ordering regalia is available from the UF Bookstore (392-0194, x 139). An order form can be found at http://www.registrar.ufl.edu/commencement/ under the heading, Instructions for Faculty. Payment is required when placing an order. Formal academic regalia are required for all faculty members attending commencement.

Faculty Escorts: Candidates for the Doctor of Philosophy, Doctor of Education, and Doctor of Plant Medicine degrees will be assigned an official commencement escort.  Faculty designated as escorts will receive letters from the Office of the Provost with further details about responsibilities and assembly times. This letter is generally sent two weeks prior to commencement. However, if you have a graduate student scheduled to graduate during the spring semester, please remember to order your regalia on or before the March 5, 2010 deadline.
