This is my annual reminder that Pepsi has the exclusive pouring rights contract for UF. This means that only Pepsi products may be served on campus at events as wide ranging as a faculty meeting, dean’s luncheon or a special event. Personal use is exempted from the contract.

This exclusivity applies to all Pepsi products, including Gatorade.

Please make serious attempts to use only Pepsi products at UF events away from campus; sometimes this is not possible but please be sure you request this.

UF and Pepsi have established a new process to order Pepsi products for departments, colleges, etc. Please place your orders at the local Pepsi Warehouse between 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
