Save the Date! Day Two of the 2010 New Faculty Orientation

Due to the large amount of information we have to communicate to our new faculty members, we will offer a second day of presentations for the 2010 New Faculty Orientation. This is a continuation of the Orientation scheduled for August 19, not a repeat of that day’s agenda. Please alert your new faculty members to “Save the Date” on September 28. Registration information and topics for both days are listed below.
Day One: August 19, 2010, Emerson Hall, President’s Room:
Registration is available at the following web address: http://www.aa.ufl.edu/aa/facdev/orientation/. Space is limited and registration will be on a first come-first served basis! PLEASE be sure to register promptly!

Registration will open on August 20th to avoid confusion with registration for the August 19th program. Please check the Faculty Development website at http://www.aa.ufl.edu/aa/facdev/orientation/ on August 20 for registration updates.

All new faculty members are welcome to register for either or both days. Space is limited for both days and registration will be on a first come-first served basis!
New appointees, for the purpose of the fall 2010 New Faculty Orientation, are those persons new to the university this year and/or appointed after the last New Faculty Orientation that was held August 18, 2009.
