Request for Extension of Faculty Tenure Probationary Period

The Provost’s Office has created a new form for use by chairs and deans when requesting extension of a faculty member’s tenure probationary period.  The form is available at https://aa.ufl.edu/policies/tenure-and-promotion-information/ and https://aa.ufl.edu/resources/resources-for-administrators/ . Please use this form for all requests for extension.
