A Schedule of Paydays and Critical Dates for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 can be accessed on the Payroll Services, Finance and Accounting website at: http://www.fa.ufl.edu/directives/payroll-schedules  

The schedule includes Time and Labor deadlines as well as the Human Resource office’s deadlines to assure that all supporting documents are received in time for approval for the next payday.

Extension of enrollment confirmation deadline for first-year students

UF will extend its enrollment confirmation deadline for first-year students to May 15, 2024, in response to federal delays. The prior deadline was May 1.

This spring, there will be two university commencement ceremonies coordinated by the Provost’s Office:

Doctoral Degrees Ceremony on Thursday, May 2nd 9am -11am (processional to begin at 8:40am) Stephen C. O’Connell Center

University Wide Ceremony on Friday, May 3rd at 7:00pm (processional to begin at 6:30pm). Ben Hill Griffin Stadium

Funding Opportunity: Southeastern Conference Visiting Faculty Travel Grant Program

The Southeastern Conference (SEC) Visiting Faculty Travel Grant Program is intended to enhance faculty collaboration that stimulates scholarly initiatives between SEC universities.

This initiative gives faculty from one SEC university the opportunity to travel to another SEC campus to: exchange ideas; develop grant proposals; conduct research; consult with faculty and/or students; offer lectures or symposia; or engage in whatever academic activities are agreeable to the visitor and host unit.

Compliance with BOG Regulation 9.016 on Prohibited Expenditures
